100% Merino Wool Sauna Hat

A traditional felted sauna hat in 100% merino wool, with the Innerlight Sauna logo on the front.

Your head heats up faster than the rest of you in the sauna. Wool insulates, so a wool hat slows that down and keeps the hottest air off your scalp, ears and hair. Most people find they can sit more comfortably and stay in a little longer.

It's the classic Finnish bell shape: deep enough to come down over your ears, with a pinked edge, a row of small air holes around the brim and a loop on top to hang it up between sessions.
