Best investment I’ve ever made. I purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in. The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing. I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door. It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off I can still easily read in the sauna light or simply stretch and do exercises or just sit and relax to the music. I’ve used it twice a day for 30 minutes since it’s arrived and I’m feeling great. I was very hesitant to purchase online from Sydney especially when I live In Melbourne. However they had great reviews and amazing prices. I could not find an outdoor Sauna at a better price. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is excellent. I spoke with Chloe who was very helpful in answering all my questions and discussed delivery and installation and I went ahead and purchased the 2 seater outdoor infrared Sauna. I have used infra red saunas for a few years now but always at a health centre or a friend’s house. I always feel amazing afterwards so decided it was time to invest. After a fair bit of research I took the plunge and went with the Innerlight 2 person sauna. I have never written a review for any product in my life but the service, communication and the friendliness of the installers not to mention the quality of the sauna left me wanting to write this post. The sauna is solid, by this I mean when you go to open the door you can feel the weight of it and it smoothly glides open on the hinges. When you step in there is no creaking of the timber as the sauna takes your weight. The craftsmanship is excellent. I have been in others where the door feels flimsy and the whole sauna squeaks as you step in and sit down. It heated quickly, I kept it at 65C for 35 minutes and was absolutely drenched. The Bluetooth paired seamlessly with my iPhone. I don’t want to go on and on as this will end up sounding like a fake review but the sauna and the buying experience have exceeded my expectations. The sauna was delivered and installed inside a week from purchase. Thank you to Mark and the team and a special shout out to the installers who arrived at exactly the time promised, they were so polite and tidied up all the packaging and made sure everything was working properly. 10/10 guys. We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work. Yes. The aluminium shell, tempered glass and sealed joints are built for year-round outdoor use. A cover is optional, not required. Check the silicone seals every 12 to 18 months.
What power do I need?
One dedicated single-phase 32 A circuit, hardwired by a licensed electrician to the sauna's single power cable. There is no plug. Traditional uses 6,000 W and infrared 5,130 W; the two never run at the same time, so peak draw is about 26 A. Always confirm the circuit size with your electrician before any work starts.
Can both heaters run at once?
No. The infrared system and the Harvia heater run one at a time from the one 32 A circuit. Pick the heat that suits the session.
What should it sit on?
A hard, level base such as concrete, decking or large pavers. It must be well drained and never sit in water.
Can it go indoors?
Yes. It works indoors or outdoors. There's an air vent built into the back wall, so it doesn't need any other ventilation.
Do I need council approval?
No. Council approval isn't required.
How hot does it get, and how fast?
Traditional reaches up to 90°C; allow about 40 minutes, depending on the weather. Infrared runs up to about 60°C and feels gentler, so sessions can be longer.
How long is a session?
About 20 minutes is ideal on the traditional heater. Infrared sessions can run up to 45 minutes. Drink water before and after, and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
What does the $750 installation include?
Our team assembles and installs the sauna, at the same price anywhere in Australia. Electrical work isn't included: a licensed electrician hardwires it to a dedicated 32 A circuit and connects the included Wi-Fi controller. Installation is optional; you can do it yourself with a helper using the manual.
When will it arrive, and is delivery free?

What does the warranty cover?

How do I keep it looking new?
Wipe the benches with a damp cloth after each session. A light sand brings the cedar back to new. Microfibre for the aluminium and glass.
How is it different from the Demfin 6?
Same cabin and same size. The Demfin 6 has the Harvia heater only; the Hybrid adds a complete 5,130 W infrared system and comes with its own Wi-Fi controller.
