Why people sauna every week
A sanctuary, twenty steps from your back door.
Infrared runs gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions are longer: up to 45 minutes at a time.
Wind down
An evening session can help you relax and get ready for sleep.
Ease tight muscles
Heat can help tired or tight muscles relax for a while after training or a long day.
Switch off
No phone, no noise. Half an hour of gentle heat is a simple way to unwind.
Make it yours
Bluetooth speakers, seven-colour mood lighting and an optional red light therapy panel. Set it up the way you like it.
Infrared or traditional? The Bella is infrared: gentler air, deep warmth and longer sessions. Prefer hot stones and real steam? The Demfin is traditional.Compare the range →

Couldn’t be happier with the product and service.
Pleasure dealing with Mark

Nearly 2 months post installation, sauna has exceeded expectations.
It generates more heat and quicker than my prior experience of infrareds. Even though this is an outdoor one. Our adult kids also all enjoy. Totally genuine and we are very happy.

We recently took the plunge and bought one of the 4 person deluxe outdoor Sauna … and it’s brilliant. We are so pleased with the support and care we received from Mark and Wayne at Innerlight and Faraz and the installation team who worked into the night installing and came back a couple of days later to finish off some of the work.
Strongly recommend that you get the team to install it as some of the components are really bulky and heavy - which also reinforces the quality and durability. It took them about 2 hours and it needs 2-3 people to lift and position it safely. Great guys. Polite and hard working.
The Sauna itself is such a cool unit. The dark grey colour just oozes class and we love how quickly it heats up (around 20 minutes) and the quality of it inside. From the smell of cedar and the really well put together glass and wooden panels, the sound and light systems - all first class.
A bit clunky on the App but even seniors like us figured it out and Faraz set us up when he was here.
It’s a lot of money but we are so glad we did our research and landed on Innerlight. We could have gone cheaper but we are glad we went the extra step and got the 3 person. It feels luxurious and spacious. We are using it every day and it’s easy to explain to there who also are dead impressed!!
Thanks everyone at Innerlight.

Questions
Everything people ask us.
Can't see yours? Call anytime, 7 days a week, and a real person answers.
Call 1300 011 230Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. The aluminium shell, tempered glass and sealed joints are built for year-round outdoor use. A cover is optional, not required.
What power do I need?
A dedicated 20 A weatherproof power point (three-pin flat pin), installed by a licensed electrician before delivery so the sauna can be tested when it's set up. The 4 m cable comes out at the top rear centre. No hardwiring. The heaters use 4,620 W at full power. Always confirm with your electrician before any work starts.
How hot does it get?
Up to about 75°C. How hot it gets depends on the weather and where it sits. Infrared warms you directly rather than just the air, so it feels deep without being harsh. Switch it on from the app before you head out so it's ready.
How long is a session?
Up to 45 minutes. Infrared heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions run longer. Drink water before and after, and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
Is the EMF low?
Yes. The mica heaters are low-EMF, and EMF across the cabin has been tested below 1 mG.
What should it sit on?
A hard, level base such as concrete, decking or large pavers. It must be well drained and never sit in water.
Can it go indoors?
Yes. It works indoors or outdoors, and doesn't need any extra ventilation.
Do I need council approval?
No. Council approval isn't required.
What is the red light panel?
An optional red light therapy panel you can add to your order and use during your session. Call us and we'll talk you through which setup suits your sauna.
What does the $750 installation include?
Our team assembles and installs the sauna, at the same price anywhere in Australia. Electrical work isn't included: a licensed electrician installs the 20 A power point before delivery. Installation is optional; you can do it yourself with a few helpers using the manual.
When will it arrive, and is delivery free?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, metro or regional. Our installers bring it, or our freight partner delivers it and unloads the cartons from the truck. Your deposit secures the earliest available unit; the shipments panel at the top of the page shows what's in stock and what's arriving. We keep you updated on progress and let you know before it's on its way.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If you cancel before your sauna is dispatched, we refund your deposit in full. The balance is due before it leaves our warehouse.
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
If it's not right for you, return it to our warehouse within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the sauna price. It must be undamaged and working. You arrange the return, and installation isn't refundable. Guarantee terms
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the frame, heaters, electrics and speakers, for home use. Labour and shipping are covered for the first year, then parts only. The outdoor floor has a 2-year warranty. Full warranty terms
How do I keep it looking new?
Wipe the bench with a damp cloth after each session. A light sand brings the cedar back to new. Microfibre for the aluminium and glass.
