The sauna is absolutely amazing, it looks beautiful both outside and in.
The most significant aspect of my purchase is how much it helps lower my chronic pain and it doesn’t hurt that my skin is glowing.
I love infrared heat as the ambient temperature is much more comfortable than a traditional sauna.
The blue tooth speakers ( great quality) and 8 chromotherapy lights add an extra layer or relaxation- plus it has red light heat panels on the door.
It also has a timer and will automatically turn itself off

How hot does it get?
Up to about 75°C. How hot it gets depends on the weather and where it sits. Infrared warms you directly rather than just the air, so it feels deep without being harsh. Switch it on from the app before you head out so it's ready.
How long is a session?
Up to 45 minutes. Infrared heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so sessions run longer. Drink water before and after, and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
Is the EMF low?
Yes. The wall heaters are low-EMF mica panels, measured below 1 mG.
What should it sit on?

How do I keep it looking new?
